What is oneKIN?

oneKIN is the FIRST curated online marketplace that invites consumers to discover and shop quality products created by emerging Black and Brown brands. 

What is the shipping policy for oneKIN?

oneKIN is an online marketplace that partners with independent Vendors, whom all manage their own shipping and inventory.  Therefore all orders are subject to Vendor's shipping policies and pricing. We do offer free shipping on orders over $55 for select items only. 

Once you place an order, we will process it and notify the vendor within 2-3 business days. Once notified the vendor ships the order within 3-5 business days. Tracking information will automatically be emailed to you once your order ships. If your tracking order is not received within 3 business days since you ordered your item, please get in touch at orders@oneKIN.co.

If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email at orders@oneKIN.co within 48 hours from the delivery date.

Where does oneKIN ship?

oneKIN currently ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas up north in Canada.

How can I update my oneKIN order?

Please email us at orders@oneKIN.co as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

What forms of payment does oneKIN accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Alternatively, we also accept Apple Pay, Pay Pal, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, and Venmo. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What is the return policy for oneKIN?

oneKIN aims for 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase.

However, if you have received a damaged product, please email us at orders@oneKIN.co  within 3 business days from the date that you received your order. 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product from oneKIN?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at orders@oneKIN.co  and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!

How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account you can use the Contact Us form by clicking on the link. Please provide your email in order for us to delete your account. When we receive your deletion account request we will reply within 24hs for confirmation. All information related to your account, including but not limited to Full Name, History of Shipping addresses, Authorised forms of payment, Purchased products, etc. will be removed.
