Shipping and Refund Policy
oneKIN Shipping Policy
oneKIN is an online marketplace that partners with independent Vendors who all manage their own shipping and inventory. Therefore, all orders are subject to Vendor's shipping policies and pricing. We do offer free shipping on orders over $55 for select items only.
Once you place an order, we will process it and notify the vendor within 2-3 business days. Once notified the vendor ships the order within 3-5 business days. Tracking information will automatically be emailed to you once your order ships. If your tracking order is not received within 3 business days since you ordered your item, please get in touch at orders@oneKIN.co.
If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email orders@oneKIN.co within 48 hours from the delivery date.
oneKIN currently ships to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas up north in Canada.
oneKIN Return Policy
oneKIN aims for 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase.
However, if you have received a damaged product, please email us at orders@oneKIN.co within 3 business days from the date that you received your order.
Please also email us at orders@oneKIN.co as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
